The ENHANCE Programme
Cognitive readiness for Years 4 to 11 — a universal-offer investment funded through your Inclusive Mainstream Fund (IMF) allocation.
Book a Conversation Email UsFaster Access to the Curriculum
ENHANCE builds the attention and processing speed every pupil needs to parse, store and act on lessons sooner — the cognitive groundwork that quality-first teaching depends upon.
Calmer, More Focused Classrooms
ENHANCE's goal is improved classroom climate — better focus, less disruption and a greater sense of belonging for every pupil – and enhanced working environments for every teacher.

How ENHANCE Works
Universal Offer
Whole cohort, 15 minutes per day, during form time. Staff are trained to deliver it, also sharpening their own classroom practice.
Targeted Extension
A further 6 weeks in small-group or 1:1 sessions, for SEMH and C&L pupils who need more support — no formal diagnosis is required.
Impact Assessed
The ENHANCE Neurocognitive Profile (ENCP) tracks pre- and post-programme results — ready for reporting in your inclusion strategy.
Maps to Your IMF Strategy
- Evidence-based support prioritising early intervention
- High quality adaptive teaching with curriculum designed for all learners
- Safe, respectful culture fostering belonging & participation (Principle 5)
- Inclusive environments with continuous accessibility (Principle 7)
The Evidence, Honestly
- Significant gains in attention and processing speed, recorded across all previous cohorts
- Working memory is also trained but no significant changes have been recorded yet, subject to ongoing monitoring
- Programme goal is improved classroom climate, not unproven claims regarding progress or attainment
- Longer-term academic outcomes are currently being tracked as part of our longitudinal studies
We publish what we find — including where the evidence isn't there yet. All figures are taken from Evolve's own programme monitoring data and are available upon request.
