Evolve founders redefine their roles

Evolve founders and directors John Bishop and Graham Morgan are redefining their roles within the company in response to its continued growth and success.

John has become Managing Director with a specific focus on the commercial development of the business and Graham has taken the position of Chairman and will concentrate on managing and developing key relationships.

‘The company has gone from strength-to-strength,’ explains John. ‘We are helping more children and working in more schools than ever before and so have to make sure our structure reflects that growth and the further development we expect to see in the next few years.’

John’s change in focus coincides with his relocation from the company’s Birmingham base to London where he is establishing a new Evolve office. ‘We have developed into a nationwide business and this move reflects that. Our offices in the West Midlands and Yorkshire have given us an extremely strong foundation to build on and we are confident that this development is the right one for us at this time.’

The pair believe that Evolve’s continued success will be dependent on the company developing its infrastructure. ‘If we are to achieve our aim on transforming a generation we will need to secure the support of a whole range of experts and partners,’ explains Graham. ‘That will involve the formation of an advisory board that will be made up of influential figures from the health, education and the commercial world. Additionally we will be looking to engage with a range of partners who can help us accelerate our development.’
