Llanelli AFC are delighted to announce their partnership with Evolve to deliver a range of football activities to schools in the West Wales area. By joining together Evolve Sport and Llanelli AFC can offer the widest possible range of football activities to local schools and young players.

Evolve Sport have been active for several years in delivering Physical Education and Dance activities to local schools and the opportunity to work with Llanelli AFC on football projects is an indication of how highly regarded our services are.

“These are exciting times for Llanelli Football Club and everyone at Evolve Sport is very keen on being part of the future success of the club” said Phillip Smith, Evolve Sport Area Manager.

“Although we have the twin aim of boosting the numbers of young players participating, as well as trying to improve the level of skill on show, it must also be remembered that with more kids being active there will also be an improvement in the health of those participating, helping to combat the spread of obesity amongst the next generation.”

Nigel Richards, Llanelli AFC General Manager said, “We are delighted to link up with Evolve Sport in this project as it is very important for the club to have links in the community and especially in the local schools. These children are the future of the club in terms of both support and playing. If we can identify children with good football ability from these sessions then we can develop their skills further by bringing them into our Academy!”
