Evolve team member Rebecca Milnes is an international triathlete

The Evolve team in the West Midlands is fortunate to have an international triathlete working with them. Rebecca Milnes, who enrolled on the first ever Birmingham NVQ programme, has gone on to become one of the most reliable and popular members of our staff in the West Midlands.

Part time coaching gives Rebecca the chance to gain some income, whilst not affecting her heavy training schedule, which consists of between 3 and 4 hours per day. An excellent ambassador for Evolve Sport, Rebecca has recently received some sponsorship which will help immensely in her quest to become an England regular.
