Evolve are always on the lookout for exceptional people to join our team.  However, we are currently looking for an outstanding candidate to become a Regional Manager in Birmingham.

The Regional Manager role within primary schools involves delivering excellence whilst performing the following functions:

  1. Identifying programme objectives with senior school leaders
  2. Supporting staff in their progress towards achieving programme objectives
  3. Maximising client relationships and ensuring high quality provision
  4. Identifying development opportunities with potential clients
  5. Reporting on the status and progress of regional business development using internal IT systems
  6. Keeping updated with professional development opportunities in the fields of education, sport and health

Applicants should be enthusiastic, hardworking and conscientious.  Experience of working with children and/or within the education sector is essential.  Previous qualifications in teaching, mentoring or coaching will be advantageous.  We are seeking positive people who are independent and can use their own initiative.  Successful applicants will be excellent communicators, passionate about making a difference and must hold a valid National Governing Body Award in sports coaching with valid Emergency Aid and Child Protection qualifications.  Applicants must have strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
