Personal Development

Ipsative assessment is a tool used within Project HE:RO to provide individual challenges to all children so that they develop a healthy habit of self-belief and self-improvement from an early age.

Diet and Nutrition

Childhood obesity levels are increasing and innovation is needed to address this epidemic. Health Mentors are ideally placed to support children, parents and staff through nutritional education and modelling better decisions.

Cognitive Development

An alarming number of children suffer from neural deficiencies that prohibit them from accessing learning. We use cognitive assessment and training tools to heal and strengthen the brain.

Emotional Wellbeing

10% of children and young people aged 5 to 16 years have a clinically diagnosable mental problem. We provide practical solutions for children to understand and manage their feelings and emotions.

Happier Lives

With the right kind of support, barriers can be removed that enable all children to thrive and achieve their potential, leading to happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.
